ECKLER'S Corvette Performance Parts Team and BILSTEIN engineers have designed a special shock for drag racing. This shock absorber allows superb weight transfer during the start and maintains this weight transfer throughout the entire pass. *We recommend these front shocks be used in conjunction with BILSTEIN Rear Drag Shocks P/N 45008 for maximum improvement in elapsed time.

  • Dramatically Improves Acceleration
    3:42 Ratio
    Bolt-in instant acceleration. For C5's equipped with the 2:73 stock ratio you can expect improvements of up to 3 tenths of a second in quarter mile elapsed times with a 3:15 ratio, but best of all you can feel the improvement right in the seat of your pants! No modifications to your car are required since this was the optional hi-performance ratio offered by Chevrolet. Reprogramming of your computer for speedometer setting is not essential for standard transmission cars, however, on 1997-2000 cars reprogramming can be accomplished with the Hypertech Power Programmer. 2001-04 models with automatics will require custom programming of your computer.
